iLAX 2018: SCHEDULE, NEWS & UPDATE

 

We are excited to start playing indoors at the Ice Den!  This year we will be on the West Rink (Turn right when you walk in the door).  We want to thank you for registering for the one and only indoor league for girls!  We also want to encourage you to get more friends to join as it's still not too late to register.  Please read all the info below so you are aware of what is going on as it pertains to you.  

 

YOUTH/MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISIONS

We do not have “set” teams yet for these divisions. Upon arrival you should always check in at the table to let us know you are here each week.  We will give you a team shirt Monday but please note, we may need to rotate teams each week depending on who shows up.  If you signed up for the DH Middle School team, you are now under the Middle School Division as we have put all players together to split evenly. 

 

YOUTH DIVISION

  • Youth games are always from 5:00-5:30pm; arrive at 4:45pm for check in/warm up on the rink.

 MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISION

  • Middle School games are always from 5:35-6:05; arrive at 5:05 for check in.  Warm ups are to be done outside the rink as Youth games will be in session.

HIGH SCHOOL & ADULT

We will be confirming everyone's attendance at check in to make sure we have your info correct.  If for example: Team A & Team B might both be missing several players the same week we might merge teams to ensure full player rosters for each game.  You will also want to find your TEAM PAGE on the website for your game schedule.  All game schedules have been updated there.  Click TEAM PAGE -> iLAX -> Your Team Name.

 

ARRIVAL & CHECK IN: Upon arrival you should always check in at the table to let us know you are here. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to game time to check-in and warm-up.

 

DOUBLE HEADERS (HS ONLY): Each team has a double header at least one week. Please be advised and review the final schedule carefully to note which week you need to double up.

 

MERGED or EXPANDED TEAMS

  • Top Flight Blue is now merged and called Top Flight White
  • Firebirds is now merged and called Desert Heat.  Please wear DH jersey.
  • AZ STORM will now be two teams White and Blue.  You will get your shirt on the first day.

SNEAKERS ONLY: CLEATS are NOT permitted on Ice Den Turf!

SUB POLICY

If you are going to miss a night for your team it is encouraged that you try to find a replacement sub for your team ahead of time.  Sub fees are $20 for the NIGHT! 

If you are going to sub for a team, you are in to sub for the duration of the evening.  It is in the best interest for subs to arrive at the beginning of your division, you will most likely be needed somewhere! All players are to pay sub-fees even if you are registered for another iLax 2018 team.

PLACE ME ON A TEAM PLAYERS

If you selected "place me on a team" we have now moved you to a team or if Youth/MS to your division and you should have received that notice and been updated on your account.  

 

GOALIES

You are highly valued for these games however if you can not be there we need to know in advance so we can help find a replacement for you.  We would hate to NOT have a goalie on the field and actually have one team with two goalies so could easily make a switch.  Advanced communication is key!
